Rachel Charise

Rachel is a talented musician, singer, women's space holder, yoga teacher, and breathwork specialist. Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, she felt a deep calling to learn from and work with indigenous wisdom traditions after moving to Mexico 5 years ago. Experiencing their transformative effects in her life inspired Rachel to facilitate cacao ceremonies sharing the wisdom of deep, heart-felt connections. Her greatest joy is learning to weave life's precious moments into a never-ending ceremony, especially using cacao and music. Staying present with and deeply listening to the intelligence within are of the utmost importance in her daily life, making her a compassionate listener. Rachel’s mission is to help guide others into authentic expression by creating a safe space. She believes one of our greatest lessons in life is to love ourselves unconditionally, radiating that love to touch all those we come into contact with, whether in a yoga class, conversation, during a sound healing or one-on-one session, or even with a simple smile.
