We know that due to societal pressures, internal and external criticism, or lack of safe spaces to feel our full range of emotions- it can be hard to love and accept ourselves genuinely!

Yelapa holds a special place in our hearts; a place to play, to find peace, to sing and dance and find a deep connection to Mother Nature.
This hidden paradise is full of magic and is exclusively accessible by boat, therefore its uniquely unspoiled by cars and traffic. Yelapa is famous for its incredible sunset ocean views, clear, starry nights, fresh waterfalls, jungle mountains, flora and fauna, whales, and marine life!
This Retreat will be held in the beautiful ocean front location of Casa Isabel. A charming eco-friendly lodge just steps away from the beach.
What to expect
You can expect a safe space. A place to rest and explore your authentic nature. A place to re-wild and re-claim your unique space in the world. The freedom to be unapologetically you. You can expect to make precious memories, friends that leave lasting impressions, new skills, tools and a sense of connection. We want you to feel held, safe and well looked after, and have created multiple opportunities to practice the art of listening and being heard.
Food
Breakfast: Will be available after our morning practices and includes fruit, yogurt, granola, fresh juice, and a traditional Mexican dish. Filling, healthy and nutritious!
Dinner: Dinners will primarily be catered onsite- with the exception of when we go out to a local restaurant together.
There will be self-serve water, coffee, tea and juices available throughout the day as well as snacks and desserts.
